Our pre and post natal class, designed to get mummas back into fitness. Train
your body for the life you want to live with your bubba by your side.
What to expect in your first session:
Arrive 5-10 minutes early. After the coaches introduction they will take you through the session. Following this you will get started with a warm up, main piece of the session, workout, cool down and then some time to chit chat post session.
The coach will introduce themselves to you. They will be with you throughout the whole session, coaching you through each movement and adapting to meet where you are at.
Bring some water and comfy training clothes and shoes. Expect a warm, friendly environment.
Who is it for:

New to training: The coach will guide you through all movements and scaling.

Returning or rebuilding: We’ll adjust the session to support any rehab or confidence levels.
